Where does Kiwi ship?

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or any locations outside the United States.

What shipping methods are available?

Kiwi offers the following shipping options listed below

  • Freight Shipping for larger items, paid by the buyer
  • Flat Rate for smaller items, paid by the buyer
  • Local Pick-up for all items, buyer responsible for any costs associated with pick up
  • Local Delivery for all items, paid by the buyer.

How do I find out the status of my shipment?

You will receive an email confirming the shipper name and tracking number within 1-5 business days following your purchase.

All UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments can be tracked by selecting the appropriate carrier below and entering your tracking number.

For any other inquiries you can send us a note at info@kiwivintage.com referencing your  order number.

We will check on the status and get back to you shortly with a response.

What is Freight Shipping?

For freight shipping, Kiwi partners with a limited number of trusted, high quality service providers with expertise in moving high-end, antique, and vintage furniture and home decor. Kiwi coordinates the logistics with the service providers. Freight shipping is appropriate for large or fragile items.

Freight shipping is paid for by the buyer. Costs range from $75 for smaller items delivered locally, to $500+ for large items transported across the United States. Final cost depends on the size of the item and the buyer’s location.

How long will it take to get my freight delivery?

Local delivery is typically 2 weeks, and long-distance deliveries are typically 3-6 weeks*. We will give you an estimated timeframe for delivery after purchase and send updates with shipping company information.

*Please note that in some cases delivery can take up to 8 weeks. This typically happens when the buyer is located in smaller or more remote markets where freight pickup and delivery frequency is only once or twice per month.

Flat Rate Shipping:

What is Flat Rate shipping?

Flat rate standard shipping includes shipment through recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Flat rate standard shipping is appropriate for smaller items such as most accessories (lamps, linens, pictures, art, rugs, pillows, etc.) and some small furniture (stools, small tables, etc.).

Flat rate standard shipping is paid for by the buyer. The cost for flat rate shipping is $9.95 applicable to anywhere in the continental United States.

How long will it take to get my Flat Rate order?

Typically 7-10 days. Buyers will receive an estimated timeframe for delivery after purchase and receive updates with tracking information.
